Our practice want to protect our patients over the coming weeks. We are proactively installing video consultation options for those who may need to self isolate or want to remain socially distant. Please ensure you mobile phone numbers are up to date. This option is GP dependent but we want to take every step possible to ensure we do not have to close down for a deep clean or 2 week decontamination during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please bear with us at this challenging tim as guidelines are constantly changing and we aim to keep our patients up to date as best we can.

We offer routine appointments with any doctor and these can be booked in advance by telephone or at the Surgery.  Telephone appointments are available for those not needing an examination.

We also offer on the day appointments for those that need urgent medical attention.  To book one of these our trained reception staff will ask you for a brief description of your medical condition to make sure you are directed to an appointment that best suits your needs.  If you would prefer to have this conversation in private please phone in or ask to speak to one of our reception staff in private.  Appointments will be with whichever doctor is available and it ensures that even during our doctor shortage those that need to be seen can be seen.

Please continue to telephone for medication requests, sick lines, nurse appointments and to book appointments with our physiotherapist for muscle, joint and back problems.

The Practice has experienced inappropriate use of social networking sites directly relating to delivery of medical care. We operate a zero tolerance policy and patients found to have posted defamatory or derogatory comments relating to any medical, nursing, or administration staff or health care delivery may be removed from the Practice list.  Where appropriate we will report the offending individual to the appropriate legal authority and social networking site.
